Service scope

PHYSICALTCG provides independent catalog discovery, marketplace observations and collection tools. Purchasing Desk, when activated, is a manual purchasing service operated by the configured wallet owner. It is not an automated merchant integration or escrow service.

External purchases

Any purchase or sale takes place with the original merchant and marketplace under their terms. You must confirm identity, condition, authenticity information, availability, total cost, shipping destinations and return policies there. PHYSICALTCG cannot cancel, refund, deliver or resolve disputes for external transactions.

Data and estimates

For Purchasing Desk requests, review the operator’s exact item, shipping, tax, service fee, ETH amount, expiry and refund terms before paying. Crypto payments go to the operator’s treasury, not directly to the merchant. The operator is responsible for procurement, fulfillment and refunds. A payment receipt proves a transfer only; merchant purchase and shipping status are separately reported by the operator. Requesting a refund does not itself return funds.

Source data can be delayed, incomplete, changed or unavailable. Asking prices and buy offers are not completed transactions or guaranteed resale values. Market comparisons are descriptive, not financial advice or a promise of profit.

Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy of self-reported collection entries and for keeping backups. Local browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Connecting a wallet alone does not create an account; signing the cloud sign-in message does. Neither action creates a custody relationship or authorizes payments.

Third-party rights

Card artwork, trademarks and source content belong to their respective owners. Do not use the service to misrepresent ownership, authenticity or affiliation, or to misuse source data. Use of linked platforms is governed by their own terms.

Availability

The service is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or data accuracy, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
